How could God allow disasters?

I believe that God is deeply saddened by events in the world today, just as we are, but for years we’ve been telling God to get out of our schools, government & lives.  Being the gentleman He is He calmly did as we asked.  How can we expect God to give us blessings & protection if we demand He leave us alone?  In light of recent events (such as terrorist attacks, floods, earthquakes, school shootings…etc).  I think it started when Madeleine Murray O’Hare (found murdered) complained she did not want prayer in schools, We Accepted This!  Someone stated to stop reading the Bible in schools, We Accepted This! The Bible states Thou shalt not murder/ steal & love your neighbour as yourself.  Dr Benjamin Spock said that we should not spank our kids when they misbehave because their little personalities would be warped & we might damage their self-esteem (Dr Spock’s son committed suicide).  Experts always know?  We Accepted This! Someone said that teachers & principles should not discipline our kids when they misbehave.  School administrators stated that no faculty member in schools will touch students given past bad publicity & the sue culture.  (there is a difference between discipline, touching, humiliating, sexual connotation…etc)  We Accepted This! Someone stated that our daughters should be able to have abortions on-demand & not have to inform the parents concerned.  We Accepted This!  Some “wise” school board member stated, since boys will be boys & they are going to do it anyway lets give them condoms so they can have all the fun they want & not inform their parents.  We Accepted This!  Some elected officials said that their private lives are irrelevant as long as they do their political jobs, the people are employed & the economy is strong?  Someone wanted to permit pornography & call it “appreciation of the female body”?  We Accepted This! Then someone else went the next step to publish child pornography & call it “free speech”.  We Accepted This!  The entertainment industry wanted to produce TV & movies that promote profanity, violence & illicit sex.  It wanted to record music that encourages rape, drugs, murder, suicide & satanic themes.  This is called entertainment, it has no adverse affect?  No one takes it seriously so they assure us?  We Accepted This! Now we ask why our kids have no conscience, know right from wrong, doesn’t bother them to kill strangers, classmates, & themselves or watch those do it?  Think hard & figure it out.  You Reap what you Sow/what goes around comes around!  People ridicule God & they wonder why the world is going to hell unaware.  We believe the media, but not the Bible.  Jokes, politics & sex is ok to discuss in schools & the workplace but not God.  Are we willing to make the necessary changes to rectify the problems We Accepted into our society?  We can stand for something or fall for anything!  You Decide What to do next!
